-
By 2030, Asia Pacific’s economy is expected to reach USD 45.8 trillion, representing more than 40 percent of the global total.
-
The region is forecast to outgrow the rest of the world, with an annual growth rate of 3.5 percent and the cybersecurity market is expected to triple in size out to 2030.
-
Government and industry are moving to foster greater public/private partnership in the face of an evolving threat landscape driven by an uncertain geo-political environment. Digi Asia Pacific will seek to foster collaboration and alignment of policies and standards to meet regional threats.
-
There has been a recent proliferation of digital and cybersecurity policy setting groups (Quad and IPEF) and existing fora are expanding their digital tracks (APEC, ASEAN and PIF). Digi Asia Pacific will seek to be a nexus point for industry and policy makers of these groups to define shared objectives around trade, policy and standards for the digital economy. This collaboration will help to create a more unified approach to digital policy and cybersecurity in the region.
-
China’s approach to digital policy is reshaping the cyber landscape in the Asia Pacific region. Digi Asia Pacific will provide analysis of China national security policy and laws and implications for members and the broader ecosystem, particularly U.S-China relations.

Digi Asia Pacific will recognize, endorse, and encourage the importance of diversity and inclusiveness in all interactions.
Observer Status (honorary membership) will be provided to a select number of individuals representing governments, non-governmental organizations, and other recognized international institutions to enable this approach to diversity and inclusiveness.
